Applewood®

A real English treasure. Applewood® is a traditional farmhouse Cheddar with a delicate smoky flavour and a lovely smooth texture, all finished with a dusting of paprika for good measure.

Standing the test of time, Applewood® was first created in 1965, retaining an enthusiastic fan club to this day. You can find it on the deli, in wedges, sliced and even snack sticks, making it extremely versatile for all manner of meals.

Your favourite ways to eat this cheese...
Make up little bruschettas with layers of sundried tomatoes, smoked turkey and Applewood™ cheese then grill.
Grate over pasta or even a baked potato for a lovely smoky cheesey taste.
