Wensleydale with Blackcurrant & Apple


A relatively new flavour for a cheese yet a classic combination of ingredients for generations. Tart blackcurrants give this cheese a great appearance and their taste is sweetened naturally by the addition of apple pieces. All brought together in a delicious Wensleydale cheese.
