Spicy Stilton
& Apricot Mini Poppudoms

Serves 6

200g White Stilton with Apricots cheese, crumbled
2-3 tbsp spicy chutney (Geeta´s Lime & Chilli Chutney)
1 small bunch coriander leaves, finely chopped
1-2 boxes mini poppudoms

1) In a bowl mix together the cheese, chutney and coriander.

2) Spoon the cheese mixture over each poppudom and serve immediately.
